Our Power & Energy Project Management team is responsible for overall project execution and for successful completion that occurs on time and within budget.

We know that successful project management is built on a foundation of experienced and trained professionals with an intimate knowledge of the industry who are well-versed in substation, transmission, and distribution assets.

Our project managers assess the scope of our projects and assemble a qualified team, which typically includes schedulers, surveying, engineering, protection and controls, real estate, permitting, materials specialists, and outage controllers to orchestrate the project through the management process. We create schedules, update and share them weekly, and follow our clients’ project reporting needs. We also interface with the construction team during construction to negotiate change orders, coordinate local permitting, and facilitate progress meetings.

They are engaged with each project, from its release from the planning through in-service of the asset, including delivery of final closeout documents.
