Boswell Academy

At Boswell, we believe that our employees are our biggest asset and we are committed to supporting their professional growth.

With that in mind, we are proud to introduce Boswell Academy – our comprehensive Employee Training and Development Policy that provides an array of training and academic programs to meet the evolving needs of our employees.

Boswell Academy provides opportunities for required job training, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and leadership training. It also offers tuition reimbursement programs for undergraduate and post-graduate education. Our annual scholarship program for the children of Boswell employees will also be continued as another element of this initiative.
