The Initial Operation Corridor (IOC) of the River Line runs 55 kilometers along the Delaware River between Trenton and Camden, New Jersey and provides direct access to rail services offered by New Jersey Transit, the Port Authority Transit Company (PATCO), Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) and Amtrak. This light rail infrastructure along the corridor consists of 20 stations, 3 park-and-ride facilities, 17 bridges and 50 grade crossings along the River Line.
Boswell’s responsibilities as a major participant of the consultant team headed jointly by Booz Allen Hamilton and DMJM Harris (an AECOM Company) included facilities engineering – civil, utility, environmental and traffic engineering, permitting, right-of-way, and technical services – survey and mapping, environmental services and public outreach and municipal coordination
