The inspection included a visual inspection on 100% of all structural and non-structural safety items. In addition, a hands-on inspection was performed on 10% of the foundation piles, with levels of effort including ultrasonic thickness measurements and probes throughout the marine terminal. This inspection was performed in order to assess the condition of and recommend repairs for the marine terminal, and to update the status of all load restrictions and priority repair locations from the previous report. The 2022 Condition Survey included detailed measurements and repair details for each priority location, offering detailed repair quantities in order to ensure an accurate cost estimate for repairs.
