The Montgomery Municipal Center was built as a collaborative effort with input from various stakeholders, including more than 200 residents. The final design reflects the Township’s history as an agricultural community and has since been included as part of the Township’s logo.
The new complex includes municipal offices and council chambers, police headquarters, and a state-of-the-art library that doubled the programming area of the previous facility. Boswell was responsible for the site engineering for the project – including boundary and topographic survey, site plan, grading and drainage design, stormwater management, landscaping, and onsite connections to utilities, including connection to the township’s sanitary sewer approximately ¼ mile away.
