Boswelll was part of the roadway reconstruction which was essential in order to ensure the safety and efficient vehicular movement along the CWE which is a vital transportation artery carrying more than 140,000 vehicles on a daily basis. Both Stage 2 & Stage 3 required a complex traffic management plan, staged construction, installation of Intelligent Transportation Systems, traffic signal systems, night operations, monitoring of environmental protective measures, and community outreach programs.
