The former Hess Corporation terminal site was redeveloped with four and five-story buildings which included 421 residential units, a clubhouse area with pool, and 8,625 square feet of commercial space. A river walk was also included along the Hackensack River. Boswell provided surveying and civil engineering services for the site development including grading plans, stormwater design, site layout, NJDEP Flood Hazard Area Permit, Wetlands Permit, Waterfront Development Permit and Tidelands License.
