Responsible for the field survey, processing and drafting of several underground utility locations (both as-built and mark-out), as well as other pre-construction/post construction topographic surveys. Part of the contract involved surveys of existing and new concrete pours as part of the Airport’s Pavement/Concrete Management Plan. The project was part of a long-term contract with the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey. All Boswell field personnel were required to attend specialty training in order to work along active runways and terminals.
