Boswell Engineering’s Municipal Engineering Division was founded in 1924 and represents one of the oldest and most respected municipal engineering organizations in the country. During our long history, we have provided advisory services to local governing bodies, planning and zoning boards, boards of education and other municipal entities. In addition, our government liaison services assists clients in complying with all federal, state, regional and local regulations, and in securing permits, grants and low-interest loans.
