Boswell Engineering’s Energy Division provides services to energy utility companies throughout the Mid-Atlantic states. Boswell’s services facilitate a project from development to execution through construction phase and project closeout. We assure that the final product meets the owner’s goals and objectives and is in accordance with the project plans and specifications, and all administrative aspects are addressed and completed.

Boswell’s services include project management, construction management, construction oversight and design services. Boswell employs staff with expertise in providing these services specifically for energy utilities.
