Municipal Engineering

Boswell Engineering’s Municipal Engineering Division, is a merger of two of the oldest and most respected municipal engineering organizations in the country: Boswell Engineering and McClave and McClave with foundings in 1924 and 1906, respectively. During our long histories we have provided advisory services to local governing bodies, planning and zoning boards, boards of education and other municipal entities. In addition, our government liaison services assist clients in complying with all federal, state, regional and local regulations, and in securing permits, grants and low-interest loans.
